• CUSTOMERS WHO ENTER INCORRECT ADDRESSES AS THEIR SHIPPING ADDRESS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR ORDER.
  
  
• Lost, damaged or incomplete orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Some international orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery - we have no control over this and the additional cost may not be included in your shipping fee quoted on the check out page.
